About me
I work at the point where product rules, customer documentation, systems, underwriting, suitability, producers, and operational execution meet.
My perspective
Across 4+ years in life insurance, I have managed complex new-business work, supported product and workflow changes, trained peers on regulated processes, built tracking tools, tested automation, and helped teams make quality-sensitive work more consistent.
My strongest fit is with teams that need someone who can understand a requirement, determine how it affects frontline work, document expectations clearly, identify where execution breaks down, and support implementation through training, testing, monitoring, and escalation.
My direct product experience is in life insurance and annuity operations. I am also pursuing personal-lines compliance opportunities because regulatory implementation, documentation review, procedures, controls, quality monitoring, issue escalation, and cross-functional change are highly transferable capabilities.
